Baudelaire y el artista de la vida moderna
Azúa, Félix de
In this new edition, Félix de Azúa returns to Baudelaire, an author he has studied throughout his life. In fact, the different parts that make up the volume make up something like the essential moments of his intellectual trajectory. The oldest section, on Baudelaire's work in general, was published in 1978. Many years later, in 1992, Azúa expanded on his old work with a reflection on the aesthetic dimension of the French poet entitled "The artist of modernity." And now, the author completes the sequence with an unpublished text, "Some traits of the young Baudelaire", which closes a meditation of more than forty years on the modern configuration of art and literature, essential to understand the world of today.
