With the unexpected ending of Before all this was backfield, many doubts about his past and present were resolved for Pablo while, at the same time, a horizon was opened up that he still does not know very well how to face. In this second part of the saga, Pablo is once again in charge of that shitty team that gave him so much frustration, laughter and love in the surprising previous season, but this time with an end, with a plan that we will discover little by little. His delusional way of managing this basketball team will continue to be the thread through which a story that can have its origin in any dead time of the past unravels. Together with Mavi, the referee with whom he maintains an affective-sexual relationship, and with the company of that heterogeneous group of people he trains, he will try to make peace with himself and with his ghosts. Flashbacks from his playing days and an intense trip to the United States will help him understand what is happening in the world of basketball so that everything has changed so much that only he seems to notice.
