Entrada y salida del territorio español

This guide offers the reader a theoretical-practical analysis of the different ways foreigners enter and leave Spanish territory. In this sense, the entry requirements and the different cases in which it can be denied or prohibited are analyzed. Special mention is made of the situation of the stateless, the undocumented and refugees. Likewise, the situation of foreign minors is analyzed, with special reference to the so-called "MENAS" and the procedure for their repatriation. When examining the cases of departure from Spanish territory, mandatory departures stand out, such as expulsion by judicial or administrative resolution and cases of immediate return. Finally, as a complement to the theoretical-practical explanation and to facilitate the understanding of the matter, not only recent jurisprudence is included, but also practical cases and exemplary forms.
