The Workers' Statute integrates the substantial part of labor regulations: labor contracting, representation in the company and collective bargaining. This edition is also completed by more than 400 footnotes with an exhaustive reference to practically all the legal and regulatory provisions that at some point develop or have a connection with the Workers' Statute, as well as of the most significant Constitutional Court judgments for the understanding of the different precepts of the Law. In the same way, the International Agreements on labor matters and the most important provisions of the European Union on social matters are cited. The Royal Decrees on Transfers to the Autonomous Communities have also been incorporated. In some cases, due to its importance, the full content of certain regulations is included: remote work, interprofessional minimum wage, freedom of association, strike, temporary work agencies, registration of collective agreements, special labor relations, etc.
