La cantant de fado

Guillem is a jazz pianist and a renowned composer who suffers from the imposter syndrome. Following a fact from the past that he cannot overcome, he finds himself immersed in a creative drought that worries him excessively. Pushed by the advice of his manager, he goes to Lisbon for a season to compose a new album and shed some light on his life. There he meets Rita, a fado singer who has seen a performance in a restaurant in Alfama. Guillem is struck by his voice and tries to keep track of him. Thanks to photographs discovered in the studio of a painter he has met and a mysterious painting that belonged to his father, Guillem reconstructs some facts from the past in which Rita plays an essential role.
