Legislación laboral

As in all previous editions, the 2023 edition reflects the multiple changes that have occurred in the labor law in the most recent period of time. In this edition the changes have been tremendously numerous, especially in the regulation of Social Security, being able to point out a whole set of amending legal regulations. On the other hand, this reform process has also affected Labor Law, especially in the area of employment, but gender equality has also been one of the axes of development of regulation during the past period.
