This new edition has been annotated and updated by professors Alejandro Román Márquez and Irene Ruiz Olmo. It offers the Royal Legislative Decree 6/2015, of October 30, which approves the consolidated text of the Law on Traffic, Circulation of Motor Vehicles and Road Safety, being complemented by Annexes II, IX and X of the Royal Decree 2.822/1998, of December 23. The edition is completed with Annex I of Royal Decree 1,428/2003, of November 21, which approves the General Circulation Regulations for the application and development of the articulated text of the Law on traffic, circulation of motor vehicles and road safety, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 339/1990, of March 2, in which all current traffic signs are reproduced.
