He was arrested four times, shot six times and left for dead and twice escaped from prison, the second of which was the most iconic escape in history. He was imprisoned and isolated for eleven years, on the brink of madness, and transformed to return to civilian life, then to politics and finally to become president and a world leader. But he always, from his childhood and until today, growing flowers just as he taught him with his mother.
