This edition offers the text of Law 49/1960, of July 21, on Horizontal Property, with the incorporation of all the modifications suffered to date, including those generated by Law 42/2015, of October 5, of reform of Law 1/2000, of January 7, on Civil Procedure, Royal Decree-Law 7/2019, of March 1, on urgent measures in matters of housing and rent, Royal Decree-Law 19/2021, of October 5, on urgent measures to promote building rehabilitation activity in the context of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan and Law 10/2022, of June 14, on urgent measures to promote building rehabilitation activity in the context of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. As appendices, the current wording of the articles of the Civil Code, the Mortgage Law and the Mortgage Regulations that are related to Law 49/1960 are incorporated. Also included is the Law on real estate limits to eliminate architectural barriers for people with disabilities, as well as regulations regarding information on the sale and rental of homes, certificate of occupancy, telecommunication systems, post office boxes, farm employees urban, energy efficiency certification, among other related issues. The respective articles are accompanied and enriched with numerous footnotes, fully updated, with correspondence, complementary information, text of the articles of other provisions mentioned, internal references and mention of the most recent Spanish jurisprudence.
