Sin justicia
más de 300 asesinatos de ETA sin resolver
Domínguez, Florencio
Jiménez Ramos, María
The end of ETA's violent history has put on the table the pending tasks that the litany of attacks and kidnappings had overshadowed during its half-century of survival. Precisely, one of those tasks is to do justice in the more than three hundred murders whose authors have not been convicted. In Without Justice, Florencio Domínguez and María Jiménez analyze one by one each deadly attack by the terrorist organization that has not yet been resolved with a court ruling. This implies that the executioners of more than three hundred people have not been identified or that, even if they were, they have not been tried and convicted for their crimes. Throughout the individual story of each case, the added suffering of hundreds of families shines through who, in addition to assimilating the loss of their loved one, had to resign themselves to not obtaining the judicial response that the State owed them. If Spanish society still has outstanding debts with the victims of terrorism, this book shows that one of them continues to be the right of several hundred families to justice or, at least, to the truth.
